We helped brand, position and market the CCLMC (CT Construction Labor Management Council) and their number one issue – promoting the value of Project Labor Agreements (PLA’s). We educated developers, business owners, government, state and municipal officials, non-union contractors and other influencers about how PLA’s not only mean fair contracting wages for labor but also ensure quality work with fewer disruptions, work stoppages, unskilled tradesmen or un-vetted contractors. Today, as a result of the campaign, PLA’s are almost mandatory on all State and municipal bid jobs in the Northeast.
